Chasing Killer Birds

Description

It took me a while to decide which photo of my last week's snow trip I should upload. I decided for this one, because it's not so standard. :D
The bones you see here were permanently occupied by flesh-eating great titmouses. :meow: Every now and then one of the wolves chased them away.

What I learned last week was that heavy snow fall isn't actually a good weather to take photos. It makes the photos look grainy and cloudy if the wolves are not very close, it's harder to focus right and you almost always have snow flakes in front of the animal's eyes. And the camera got sooo incredibly wet. Fortunately my camera and lenses are good enough to not mind being wet. But my photo-yield could have been much better if it would have stopped snowing at least for some minutes during the 4 hours I stayed at the enclosure.

Well, nevertheless I have a tons of pictures for Dawnthieves from that shoot. Most of them I consider just not good enough to put them on dA.

Is that a Great Tit bird I see flying away? I've never been to Germany, but have read about European animals in guides.
